Zurich Classic: Fitzpatrick Brothers Lead Ahead of Final Round

Matt and Alex Fitzpatrick are in a strong position to win the 2026 Zurich Classic. They will need a low round on Sunday to secure the victory.

Fitzpatricks in Prime Position

The Fitzpatrick brothers are teaming up at this week’s Zurich Classic for the second year in a row. Alex Fitzpatrick has the opportunity to gain a PGA Tour winner’s exemption should he and his brother win. This would grant him access to the PGA Tour.

After a strong weekend showing, the Fitzpatricks hold the lead heading into Sunday’s final round in New Orleans. They are four ahead of Alex Smalley-Hayden Springer and Austin Eckroat-Davis Thompson.

Foursomes Format for Final Round

All players will compete in the foursomes format for the final round. This alternate shot format could lead to changes on the leaderboard.
