The total prize pot for the tournament, including the qualifying rounds, is £2,395,000. This figure has remained the same for a seventh consecutive year.
Prize Money Breakdown
- All players who qualify for the first round receive a minimum of £20,000.
- A losing semi-finalist receives £100,000.
- A losing quarter-finalist gets £50,000.
- The loser in the third qualifying round receives £15,000.
- The loser in the second qualifying round gets £10,000.
- The loser in the first qualifying round receives £5,000.
Bonus Prizes on Offer
There is an additional £15,000 on offer to the player who records the highest break throughout the tournament. This includes the three qualifying rounds.
