Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns was ruled out of Friday night’s game against the Chicago Bulls. A right elbow impingement is the cause.
Towns’ Injury During Warmups
Towns appeared to be in good spirits during pregame warmups. He even took a couple of shots.
However, the All-Star center was seen grabbing his elbow while standing in front of the visitor’s bench. He then walked off the court toward the home locker room.
Robinson Takes Starting Role
Towns is averaging 20.1 points and 11.9 rebounds. Mitchell Robinson replaced him in the starting lineup.
