Scheffler has continued his terrific form so far in 2026, winning The American Express in January. He has also finished in the top 25 in every tournament he’s played in, including three top-five finishes.
Woods Withdraws Amid Health Concerns
All eyes were on the status of Tiger Woods, who was involved in a car crash last Friday afternoon, and was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. Police officers discovered two hydrocodone pills in his pants pocket, and Woods told police he was looking at his phone before the crash, according to an affidavit released on Tuesday.
Woods, a five-time Masters champion, was still among the list of entries as of Tuesday afternoon — and had 250-1 odds to win at BetMGM. However, he announced that he’s stepping away from golf “for a period of time” to seek treatment and focus on his own recovery.
