Roman Reigns is scheduled to appear on Raw to give his official answer to Jacob Fatu’s challenge. Fatu issued the challenge the previous week after Reigns reunited The Bloodline with Jimmy and Jey Uso. The show emanates from Sames Auto Arena in Laredo, Texas.
The Bloodline’s Future and Fatu’s Allegiance
The Usos attempted to persuade Jacob Fatu to join them in targeting Cody Rhodes’ belt. However, Fatu remained focused on targeting the OTC. It is expected Reigns will accept Fatu’s challenge.
The expectation is that Reigns views this as an opportunity to defeat Fatu. The aim would be to bring Fatu in line, get him to acknowledge Reigns, and restore The Bloodline to its dominant form of 2021 through 2024.
Cody Rhodes vs. CM Punk Teased
WWE is teasing a match between WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and CM Punk. The two met in the ring the previous week. They had what was described as a friendly chat about looking like losers, with Punk told he can challenge for the belt whenever he wants.
The article suggests it would be unwise to rush into this match for Backlash. Rhodes’ eye injury likely means he will be unable to compete at that event anyway. The match could headline SummerSlam in August.
Other Raw Highlights
- Joe Hendry has been called up from NXT and will perform a live concert.
- Bayley & Lyra Valkyria will face Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez.

Tune into Raw to find out what answer Roman will give to Jacob, and whether Fatu will get extremely violent with The Bloodline afterwards.
