Cunningham Out with Lung Injury
Cade Cunningham suffered a collapsed lung injury and will miss his ninth straight game. The Pistons are 7-2 without him. Daniss Jenkins will start at point guard again.
Isaiah Stewart is also out with a calf injury for an eleventh straight game.
Timberwolves’ Edwards Questionable
Anthony Edwards is questionable for Minnesota with right knee patellofemoral pain syndrome. The Pistons defeated the Timberwolves on the road last Saturday 109-87, despite Edwards being sidelined. It was their first game against the Wolves within a week.
Duren’s Dominance
Jalen Duren has been dominant in 21 games since returning from a two-game suspension. He is averaging 23.4 points on 67.5% shooting with 11 rebounds.
