Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever (14-10) are set to continue their three-game home stand from Gainbridge Fieldhouse tonight, as they prepare to face the Seattle Storm (6-20).
The fixture sees the Fever aiming to bounce back, having suffered an 88-75 loss to the Golden State Valkyries on Wednesday.
A key update for the team is the availability of Clark, who encountered a minor injury scare during that mid-week game.
Clark’s Availability Confirmed
Clark had sustained a second-quarter leg contusion during Wednesday’s match against the Valkyries.
Despite the scare, the former Hawkeye was able to return to the court.
She concluded the game with 13 points, adding six assists, three rebounds, one steal, and one block across 26 minutes of play.
While she was listed on the day-before injury report, Clark is now confirmed available for the encounter against the Storm.
Fever Seek Return to Winning Ways
As Indiana tries to get back into the win column, the team faces the Seattle Storm at home.
Fever head coach Stephanie White has also provided an update regarding Clark’s schedule beyond tonight’s game.
White added that Clark is expected to be available on Saturday, too.
Saturday’s fixture will mark the second half of the Fever’s back-to-back, where they will play against the New York Liberty.
