Game 4 between the Cavs and Pistons is scheduled for 8 p.m. It will be televised nationally by NBC and Peacock.
Local radio coverage of Game 4 will be available on WTAM (1100-AM) or WMMS (100.7-FM).
The series will return to Detroit for Game 5 on Wednesday, May 13.
Injury Updates and Lineups
Cavs backup center Thomas Bryant, who was questionable with lower back spasms, is available for Game 4. Sam Merrill returned from a left hamstring strain in Game 3.
The Cavs will use the same starting lineup as in the first three games against the Pistons.
For the Pistons, Caris LeVert, who had been questionable with a right heel contusion, is active for Game 4. Kevin Huerter (left abductor strain) has been ruled out.
The Pistons will also stick with the same starting lineup for Game 4 as in the first three games of the series.

The winner of the Cavs-Pistons series will advance to face the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Knicks completed a 4-0 sweep of the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday, May 10.
This marks the fourth consecutive season the Cavs have reached the playoffs.
