Caitlin Clark Names Nikola Jokic Best in the World

Caitlin Clark, the Indiana Fever star, was at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday for the game between the Indiana Pacers and the Los Angeles Lakers.

However, the two-time WNBA All-Star was not there as a fan. The Pacers commissioned her as an official guest photographer for the game.

Clark later took on a different role on Sunday, appearing as a guest analyst for NBC’s broadcast of the game between the New York Knicks and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Clark Praises Jokic During Pregame Show

Clark joined veteran broadcaster Maria Taylor and former NBA players Vince Carter, Carmelo Anthony and Tracy McGrady behind the camera.

The discussion turned to Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets during the pregame show. Clark made her opinion of the three-time NBA MVP clear.

“I think everybody knew he was going to do everything he could to get back,” Clark said, referring to Jokic’s return from a one-month injury absence earlier this season.

“I mean, there’s not many people that average a triple-double. You’re lucky enough to get maybe a couple of those in a season. He’s done it all year long in back-to-back years.

“It’s pretty incredible. Honestly, he’s probably my favorite player to watch, and I think he’s the best player in the world.”

A Fan of Exciting Basketball

Clark’s high praise comes from someone many consider to be the best player in the WNBA.

Clark has had her fair share of triple-doubles in her career. She, too, plays an exciting brand of basketball similar to Jokic.

Their elite playmaking skills leave fans in awe during games.

Clark said what Jokic is doing right now is truly incredible. The eight-time All-Star is averaging 27.9 points, 12.8 rebounds and 10.8 assists.

Clark has proven her talents go far beyond basketball. The Pacers shared her photos on social media, and the results were impressive.

As it turns out, their favourite player’s favourite player is Jokic.
