Rex Culpepper, a former Syracuse Orange quarterback, has died at the age of 28. Culpepper died due to injuries suffered in a dirt bike accident in Georgia. He battled cancer while with the Syracuse programme.
Jess Thirlby has stepped down as England head coach with immediate effect. Thirlby said the decision is “best for me and my family”. Her assistant Anna Stembridge will lead the side into this summer’s Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
