His Game 1 performance against the Oklahoma City Thunder included 24 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 7 steals. Harper’s offensive and defensive contributions are proving vital for the Spurs.
David Hamilton of the Brewers turned a single into a Little League home run against the Cubs. A misplayed ball in center field allowed Hamilton to circle the bases, scoring three runs. The Brewers looked to complete a sweep.
OKC Thunder star Jalen Williams has declared himself “healthy” ahead of the Western Conference finals. Williams has been out of action since April 22 with a Grade 1 left hamstring strain. He says he has been taking extra recovery days.
Jamal Crawford is still considering a job with the Kentucky Basketball team. Mark Pope offered Crawford a job, and Crawford has expressed interest in the position. Other schools have also expressed interest in Crawford, but Kentucky is the only job he would consider.

The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder in double overtime in the Conference finals opener. Victor Wembanyama had a 40-20 performance, scoring 41 points and securing 24 rebounds. The Spurs prevailed 122-115 against the defending champions.
Chris Sale is set to pitch as the Braves aim to secure a series win against the Marlins. The winner of the game will be in a strong position to win the series. The loser will be trying to salvage a split in the series.
