Soriano will face Luis Severino for the A’s. Severino is 2-5 with an ERA of 4.45 in his ten starts this season.
His ERA is a full two runs lower on the road than at home in Sutter Health Park and the Angels struggle to score at home, so this may be a better matchup than anticipated.
