Brooke Hogan’s Regret Over Hulk Hogan’s Will

Brooke Hogan has revealed her regret about being left out of her late father Hulk Hogan’s will. This is not due to financial reasons, but because it leaves her with no say in how his legacy is carried on.

Brooke said the reason she regrets it is because she does not have a place now to get answers. She previously expressed doubt about her father’s cause of death.

Brooke’s Concerns Over Hulk’s Legacy

Brooke explained she isn’t able to make “any decisions” about the pro wrestler’s legacy. According to Brooke, she can’t do anything to help her dad after his death, or to find out answers, or to avenge him in any way, shape or form.

She added the people that she so badly wanted to get away from are now running the show, which is even more of a nightmare.

Brooke said she decided to remove herself from the will for her own “sanity” and “safety” at the time. She didn’t think after the fact this is who was going to be in control, adding that the people that she didn’t trust are now all controlling it, and it’s terrible.

Details of the Will

Last year, Brooke confirmed that she wasn’t surprised her dad wrote her out of his will. Nick is listed as the sole beneficiary of Hulk’s estate and Hulk’s widow, Sky Daily, is listed as a surviving spouse.

She told TMZ at the time that his decision is no surprise to her, and it’s what she asked for, and she stands by it with no regrets.

Not About the Money

Brooke told Page Six that she regrets not taking the money and donating it all to charity or splitting it with her brother, with whom she is currently not on speaking terms. She clarified it’s not about money, it’s about doing the right thing and making sure that Hulk is represented in the correct ways, and his legacy lives on in the most positive way.

Brooke said there’s things she would definitely be doing differently if she were back in that seat. She appeared on an episode of the “Hollywood Raw Podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn” this week, in which she revealed her regret about being kept off the will.

She told them that something that is already getting twisted, which is annoying the absolute hell out of her, is that she said she regretted taking herself off the will. She clarified that it’s not about money, and she’s so sick of people immediately becoming trolls and making it about that.

Family Mementos

Hulk Hogan died from a heart attack at age 71 in July 2025, leaving behind nearly $5 million in assets.

While Brooke doesn’t care about her father’s fortune, she is asking for some meaningful family momentos. She asked her brother if she could have one of his crosses he wore, and it was like, ‘Here’s a pair of flip-flops and a couple T-shirts he never wore,’ you know? So she had to go back and ask again.

Brooke said she thinks everybody very clearly understands that she was her dad’s protector and she loved him more than anything. The reason why she regrets it, is because she does not have a place now to get answers.
