The Milwaukee Bucks travel to Philadelphia to take on the 76ers in their final game of the 2025-26 regular season.
Philadelphia have won all three games against Milwaukee this season and will be aiming for a clean sweep.
Sixers’ Play-In Implications
The Sixers have had an interesting season and currently sit in eighth place.
Some might view their current position as underachieving, but with Joel Embiid injured and Paul George suspended for 25 games, they may have handled it better than some teams.
The Sixers have something to play for in this game. A win, combined with other results going their way, could see them move up to sixth place and avoid the play-in game(s). A loss, however, could see them in the 9-10 game against the Miami Heat.
Bucks’ Injury Woes
The Bucks have endured a difficult season. Many things have gone wrong, including injuries to key rotation players such as Giannis Antetokounmpo, Myles Turner, and Kevin Porter Jr. Regression from role players like Gary Trent Jr. has also hurt the team.
The Bucks’ problems have been partly self-inflicted, stemming from roster construction, effort in games, and coaching malpractice. The Bucks will not be playing in the postseason for the first time in 10 years, and what happens next will be the biggest question for Bucks ownership.
Milwaukee will be without several players for the game against the Sixers. Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee), Kevin Porter Jr. (knee), Bobby Portis (wrist), Kyle Kuzma (achilles), Myles Turner (ankle), Gary Trent Jr. (oblique), and Ryan Rollins (thumb) are all unavailable. Gary Harris (groin) and Pete Nance (knee) are listed as questionable.
Availability for Both Teams
The Sixers will be without Joel Embiid (appendicitis) and Johni Broome (knee). Tyrese Maxey (finger) will be available for Philadelphia.
Ousmane Dieng has been a nice addition for the Bucks. With Rollins out, the Bucks will lean on him for playmaking and offensive support. The Sixers will make him work hard for it.
