The Cleveland Guardians have announced a change to the game time for their match against the Kansas City Royals.
The game, originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, will now commence at 1:10 p.m. ET. This decision is due to the expected frigid temperatures forecast for the evening.
Gates will open at 12:00 p.m. ET.
Ticket Exchange Information
Fans unable to attend the game at the new start time have the option to exchange their tickets.
The full value of the April 7 tickets can be used in their My Tickets account when exchanging into one of 50 designated games; however, additional fees may apply. All ticket exchanges for the April 7 game must be completed by April 7 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
Exchanges cannot be made in the MLB Ballpark app.
Options for Season Ticket Holders
Season Ticket Members have the option to exchange their tickets for any available game through the My Tickets Exchange program, effective immediately.
Online Ticket Purchasers
Those who purchased tickets via CLEGuardians.com for the April 7 game must exchange their tickets online only. This can be done at CLEGuardians.com/mytickets through their My Tickets account.
Premium Club and Group Tickets
Premium Club members will be contacted by their account representative regarding available exchange options.
Group ticket purchasers will be contacted by their account executive.
SeatGeek and Secondary Marketplace Information
All SeatGeek and other secondary marketplace purchasers will be contacted directly by the company they purchased from.
Parking Pass Information
All parking passes for the April 7 game will be automatically moved to the new scheduled time.
