Junior Firpo has been named in Manuel Pellegrini’s squad for Real Betis’s match against Real Sociedad. The twenty-three-player squad was announced ahead of the match. Adrián San Miguel, Marc Bartra, and Ángel Ortiz are not included.
Junior Firpo’s Return
Junior Firpo returns to the squad after recovering from injury. The player suffered a muscular problem while with his national team at the end of March. He has only played 14 games this season. These consist of ten LaLiga matches, three Europa League matches and one Copa del Rey match.
Firpo missed the last five league matches.
Other Absences for Betis
Adrián San Miguel is out of the squad. Marc Bartra and Ángel Ortiz are long-term absentees due to injury. Pablo García has not travelled to San Sebastián. He will continue to play for Betis Deportivo.
