Raheem Sterling, the former England international, has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving, according to Sky News.
Details of the Arrest
The 31-year-old, who joined Dutch club Feyenoord in February, is alleged to have crashed his Lamborghini while on the M3 on Thursday. Police stopped him at 9am.
Hampshire Police released a statement regarding the incident: “Just before 9am on Thursday, we received reports that a Lamborghini was in collision with barriers on the M3 southbound, close to the Minley Interchange.”
The statement continued: “No other vehicles were involved, and no injuries were reported.”
