The 2026 PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club features a record-breaking purse.
The total prize money for this year’s tournament has increased to $20.5 million. This is an increase from last year’s total of $19 million.
Winner’s Share and Top Payouts
Sunday’s champion will receive a significant boost with a winner’s check of $3.69 million. The top-three finishers in the second men’s major of the season will all receive seven-figure payouts.
The runner-up gets $2.214 million, and third place receives $1.394 million. Payouts of $984,000 for fourth place and $820,000 for fifth round out the top five.
