The Dallas Mavericks (23-47) will play the Los Angeles Clippers (34-36) at home on Saturday night. The Mavericks are coming off a home loss to the Atlanta Hawks and have had two days off. The Clippers have lost their last four games, including a loss to the New Orleans Pelicans, and are looking to get back on track.
Injury Report: Mavericks
The Mavericks injury report is relatively clean. Brandon Williams is out with a concussion. Caleb Martin is questionable with a heel contusion. The two-way contract players are also questionable and a decision will likely be made closer to game time. It appears everyone else should be available.
Clippers’ Key Player Questionable
The Los Angeles Clippers are mostly healthy, but their best player’s status is uncertain. Kawhi Leonard is questionable with an ankle sprain as of this writing. Benedict Mathurin is out with a toe injury.
What to Watch For
The game’s outcome may hinge on Leonard’s availability. If Kawhi Leonard plays, the Clippers should win. If he doesn’t play, Dallas might take it. Keep an eye on Cooper Flagg’s energy level.
