Clark Returns to Management After Retirement

The 53-year-old Clark has agreed to a deal until the end of the season.

Lee Clark’s most recent managerial spells were in Sudan and Oman. He has been out of the game for four years.

In December 2023, Clark posted on his Instagram account that he was retiring from football management.

At the time, he stated his “total focus” was on Newcastle and his son Bobby Clark. Bobby Clark is currently on loan at Championship side Derby after coming through Liverpool’s academy.

He has not managed in England since a spell with non-league Blyth Spartans came to an end in March 2020.
