Leandro Trossard’s Wife, Laura Hilven, Removes Photos From Social Media

Leandro Trossard’s wife, Laura Hilven, has seemingly removed all traces of him from her social media accounts.

This action has sparked speculation regarding the status of their marriage. Hilven, 33, is married to the Arsenal star. She has removed wedding photographs from her social media pages and hasn’t been pictured wearing her ring since late last year. Snaps of her posing in an Arsenal shirt alongside her husband have also vanished from her online profiles.

Strain on Marriage Amidst Title Chase

The couple’s marriage is reportedly under considerable strain. This comes as Trossard aims to help Arsenal clinch a Premier League and Champions League double.

A source stated that Laura used to have numerous photos on her Instagram showcasing her and Leandro on their wedding day, on holidays and going out on date nights, but she has wiped them all.

The source added that someone looking at her profile now would have no clue that they had ever been together, let alone married.

Social Media Activity

Hilven boasts 35,000 followers on Instagram. She had previously shared regular updates about their life as a couple.

The removed content includes a shot from Trossard’s proposal in 2018, various holiday photographs and a picture of the pair together on the Emirates pitch at the close of last season.

Hilven’s Instagram feed now features pictures with family members, her 33rd birthday celebrations, a visit to Disneyland Paris, tennis outings and a trip to Wimbledon, with her husband absent from these posts.

Relationship Timeline

The pair began their relationship 13 years ago. They tied the knot in 2019, the same year he made his Premier League switch to Brighton.

Following Trossard’s marriage proposal, she wrote: “I can’t picture my life with anyone other than YOU! I SAID YES #hefinallypoppedthequestion #sohappytobeengagedtohim #soonwifey #marriedwiththemanofmydreams.”

Sharing a snap from their wedding day, Hilven wrote: “I have been told many times, how beautiful it is, how deep it goes. But only since I know you I know that love really exists.”

Trossard’s Footballing Focus

Trossard, 31, featured in Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final second leg triumph over Atletico Madrid. He is expected to be in the squad when the Gunners travel to relegation-threatened West Ham on Sunday.

Three wins from their remaining domestic fixtures will deliver Arsenal’s first league championship in 22 years. The Gunners will then meet Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final in Budapest.
