Late Missed Chance for Glentoran

Sean Graham squandered a big opportunity by firing high and wide of the target from close range with his left foot.

With less than five minutes to go, the game headed for spot kicks at the Oval.

Extra Time Changes and Chances

Gary Haveron made a double change 10 minutes into extra time as Benji Magee and James Simpson were introduced. Jordan McEneff and goalscorer Andy Ryan were withdrawn. Logan Wallace replaced Benji Magee for the visitors, after Magee was only introduced in the first half of extra-time. Magee looked to be hobbling off.

Cammy Palmer turned past Conor McKendry and let fly with his right foot with a long-range effort, but he couldn’t keep it on target as it whistled past the far post.

Tomas Cosgrove brought Jordan Jenkins to ground as Glentoran looked to break. Ryan Cooney struck the resulting free-kick underneath the wall but couldn’t keep his effort on target.

Semi-Final Spot for Larne

Larne book their place in the Irish Cup semi-finals!

Declan Devine will probably look back to the red card for MJ Kamson-Kamara.
