The Eastern Conference bracket remains wide open as the Cavs and Raptors prepare for Game 6. The series is tight, with Cleveland holding a narrow cumulative lead of 559-557 through five games.
After appearing to control the series early on, the Cavs struggled in Toronto, making Game 6 a must-watch to see if they can rediscover their offensive form.
Raptors’ Three-Point Struggles
The Raptors have performed well despite missing Immanuel Quickley. Even with Quickley, they ranked low in 3-point percentage and rate during the regular season. The Raptors have been outscored by 54 points from beyond the arc in this series.
Barnes’ Health a Concern for Toronto
Scottie Barnes suffered a quad contusion in Game 5. He scored 14 points in the first half but only three points after halftime. Barnes is averaging 24 points and eight assists and has been defending James Harden and Donovan Mitchell.
If his quad injury limits him, the Raptors could face difficulties.
Possession and Turnovers
The team that won the possession game won Games 1-4. In Games 3 and 4, the Raptors had 21 more shot opportunities than the Cavs. However, Cleveland won Game 5 despite having fewer shots.
Turnovers were even in Game 5, but the Raptors dominated on the glass. Despite 15 offensive rebounds, they only managed 13 second-chance points.
Other Factors to Watch

- Turnovers
- Bench minutes
- Consistent scoring
Brandon Ingram is listed as questionable for Game 6 with heel inflammation. He’s shot just 19-for-58 in this series.
Game 6 is scheduled for Friday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
