Reynolds Goes Deep Against Rea
Reynolds took Cubs’ starter Colin Rea deep to lead off the sixth inning. This got the Pirates on the scoreboard. It was his fifth home run of the season.
His last home run was on May 1 against the Reds.
Hitting Streak Continues
Reynolds has been on a tear recently. He is 11-for-21 on his current six-game hitting streak. He is batting .272 with five homers and 35 RBI in 57 games this season.
Reynolds went 2-for-3 on Thursday.
