Michigan basketball’s Final Four sendoff was delayed due to a medical issue involving point guard Elliot Cadeau. He suffered an apparent allergic reaction and was transported to hospital. Cadeau is expected to travel to Indianapolis later after medical supervision.
Spencer Jones is out for Wednesday’s game against the Jazz. Jones exited Sunday’s game against the Warriors with a right hamstring injury. The issue is significant enough to keep him out of Wednesday’s action.

Luka Doncic broke Kobe Bryant’s 20-year record for the most points scored by a Los Angeles Lakers player in a calendar month. Doncic scored 42 points to take his tally for March to 579, beating Bryant’s record of 578, which had stood since 2006. The Lakers overcame the Cleveland Cavaliers 127-113.
Tarik Skubal visited his former school in Kingman, Arizona, aiming to inspire youngsters. He reminded them that he was once in their shoes, a kid with big dreams. Skubal wants to help kids understand that whatever their dream is as a kid, whatever their passion is, just go do it and pursue it and enjoy it.
