Former Georgia football player Nolan Smith Jr. was arrested for speeding in Twiggs County. The sheriff’s office says Smith was arrested while driving on I-16 in Twiggs County around 10:45 p.m. on Friday. He was charged with speeding and reckless driving and has since bonded out.
