Aintree Results: Fast Results on Day 2 of Grand National Festival

The Aintree Grand National Festival is underway, and fast results are available. The meeting spans three days. There are 11 Grade 1 races across the schedule, in addition to the Grand National.

Day 2 Highlights: Grade 1 Races and Topham Handicap

Day 2 features four Grade 1 races. Heart Wood is competing in the JCB Melling Chase. The professional jockeys are also participating in the Topham Handicap Chase.

The William Hill Handicap Hurdle saw Wellington Arch take the win. Ike Sport finished second, with Favour And Fortune in third and Emid’io Pepe in fourth. Jazzy Matty finished fifth.

Gold Dancer won the Mildmay Novices’ Chase. Regent’s Stroll came in second, and Salver finished third.

Other Day 2 Race Results

Mange Tout secured first place in the Boodles Anniversary 4-Y-O Juvenile Hurdle. Selma De Vary finished second, and Indian River took third.

Koktail Divin won the Manifesto Novices’ Chase. Blueking d’Oroux finished second.

Jango Baie won the Racing Welfare Bowl Chase. Protektorat finished second.

Barton Snow won the Randox Foxhunters’ Open Hunters’ Chase. Lets Go Champ finished second, Take All third, Unexpected Party fourth, and Gaboriot fifth.

Brighterdaysahead won the Sefton Novices’ Hurdle. The New Lion finished second.

Ryan’s Rocket claimed victory in the Close Brothers Red Rum Handicap Chase. Highlands Legacy finished second, Sans Bruit third, and Jasko Des Dames fourth.

Nans Choice won the Goffs Nickel Coin Mares’ Standard Open National Hunt Flat Race. Lennon Grove finished second, Fairy Park third, and Emerald Quest fourth.
