Hollie Doyle Out of Action Following Injury at Bath

Hollie Doyle is facing a spell on the sidelines after sustaining an injury at Bath.

The incident occurred on Friday when Doyle was riding Vault Of Heaven for trainer Kevin Frost in a sprint handicap. Her mount, Vault Of Heaven, went badly wrong after two furlongs.

Doyle Confirms Injury on Social Media

Doyle took to social media on Saturday to update her followers on her condition. She confirmed that she would be out of action for “a while”. There was no return date specified.

Doyle said: “Thank you for all the messages, unfortunately I will be on the sidelines for a while after sustaining an injury at Bath yesterday. Thoughts are with connections. I’ll be back!”

Salisbury Rides Affected

Doyle was scheduled to ride at Salisbury on Saturday evening. Daniel Muscutt has taken over her mount on Zoum Zoum in the feature British Stallion Studs EBF Cathedral Stakes.
