Casemiro: Gareth Bale More Complete Than Cristiano Ronaldo

Manchester United’s former Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro believes Gareth Bale is the “most complete” footballer he has played with, although he acknowledges Cristiano Ronaldo as the greatest.

Casemiro, who spent nine years at Real Madrid, shared his views on the Rio Ferdinand Presents podcast.

Casemiro’s Praise for Bale

Casemiro highlighted Bale’s all-around abilities. “Cristiano scores a minimum 15 goals [every season] but Bale is attack, defend, heads, scores,” Casemiro said.

Casemiro stated, “Cristiano is the best, he’s in another world. Take Cristiano out of the conversation. But for me Bale is the best, more complete player.”

He added, “Everything he does [is] very good. Very quick. Too strong. For me Bale is unbelievable.”

Casemiro’s Career and Trophies

Casemiro won five Champions League titles during his nine years at Real Madrid. He has spent the last four years at Old Trafford.

The 84-cap Brazil international’s Real Madrid trophy haul includes three Club World Cups, three La Liga titles, a Copa del Rey, three Spanish Super Cups and three Uefa Super Cups.

At Manchester United, he has lifted an FA Cup and EFL Cup. Casemiro has also been to two World Cups with Brazil.
