The Fury family is back with another series of their reality show At Home with the Furys. The show features the engagement of Tyson Fury’s eldest child, Venezuela, who, at 16, is set to marry Noah Price.
Venezuela Fury’s Engagement to Noah Price
Noah Price is introduced on the show as he asks Tyson for Venezuela’s hand in marriage. Paris Fury, 36, and Venezuela have responded to criticism that Venezuela is too young to get married.
Paris Fury said that Venezuela was 16 when she got engaged, and she was 17 when she got engaged. She added that she and Tyson have been together for 20 years and couldn’t be any happier.
Paris stated, ‘Our life is great, so all I can do is hope it’s the same for her,’.
Fury Family Defends the Nuptials
Paris Fury said that there’s always going to be an opinion, and she doesn’t understand the negative comments. Paris tells us that her daughter has been receiving numerous comments on social media from naysayers telling her she needs to ‘just live her life’ instead of marrying young.
Paris Fury said that she didn’t realise that Venezuela was going to end her life. She added that Venezuela and Noah have plans to travel the world and do different things together, and he’s doing boxing while Venezuela is doing her social media work.
Venezuela added that people are trying to put negativity around the engagement, but there isn’t any there. She doesn’t see the problem.
Tradition and Marrying Young
Within the traveller community marrying young can be seen as an important tradition. Paris compared Venezuela’s upcoming nuptials to her relationship with Tyson.
TV star Paris added that she’s given plenty of tips and advice to her daughter as she prepares to become a wife, even warning her that things could get tough at times.
Paris Fury stated that she got married at 18, and they’re blissfully happy. She has told Venezuela that nothing is really smooth sailing, but she doesn’t understand the backlash.
